Company founded in 2010 as a spin-off of the university of Padua, in Italy. The company core business is the development, application and management of innovative methodologies of structural diagnostics and monitoring, in support of the construction (strategic and relevant buildings, infrastructures, housing, commerce and industry) and conservation sectors (heritage buildings and artefacts), in Italy and abroad.

Expin srl is the first authorized laboratory (January 2022) by the ministry for sustainable infrastructure and mobility for “tests and checks on existing structures and constructions” (presidential decree 380/01 – art. 59 – letter c-bis). We work in quality according to iso 9001:2015 standards.
Research and development occupies a central role within the company, which promotes the transfer of technology from the world of research to the professional practice.
