The company firmly believes in the value of its human resources. They represent the company’s greatest asset and must therefore be nurtured and developed. The company is committed to preparing detailed training plans.
The primary objective is the involvement of personnel, specifically by:

  • preparing people to carry out the required tasks;
  • allowing them a margin of autonomy;

  • defining appropriate activities to verify and analyze staff satisfaction;

The company is committed to full compliance with point 4.1 of UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018. Specifically, Expin S.r.l. is committed to avoiding any commercial, financial, or other pressures that could compromise its impartiality.
